For a description of Sunderland see 'Newcastle' below and simply change the names.
Also change the football shirts from Black and White to Red and White.
Don't tell anyone from Sunderland I said that though, or anyone from Newcastle for that matter...

Actually, I am from Sunderland, but I'll try not to take offence! And I'm afraid I'd rather have my recently purchased picture of Fowey than a picture of Sunderland any day, however lovely it is!
Ha ha, sorry Liz, no offence re: Sunderland! I thought that both Newcastle and Sunderland were really great cities.
